Dean Secretary

To run the secretariat of the Dean's Office (including the Vice Dean),

To ensure that the phone calls coming to the Faculty are transferred to the relevant persons/units,

To contribute to the necessary organizational work in the conference, meeting, etc. activities to be held,

To manage the delivery and distribution of incoming cargo belonging to the Faculty and Faculty employees,

To follow the official e-mail address of the Faculty and to manage the process,

Student Affairs (Postgraduate)

To ensure coordination with the Institute of Social Sciences within the scope of our Faculty's Master's and Doctorate programs and to make the necessary correspondence.

Student Affairs (Undergraduate)

To ensure the follow-up of student affairs,

To open courses at the beginning of each year and semester and to assign academic staff to the courses opened through the system,

To manage the letters and correspondences regarding academic staff to be requested from other faculties and other universities for course assignments,

To make course registrations at the beginning of each year and semester and to manage and follow up the relevant Proliz (Student Information System) works and transactions,
-
To write the decisions of the Education-Teaching and Adaptation Committee, the decisions of the Scholarship Application Evaluation Committee and to ensure the completion and follow-up of the correspondences to be made regarding the decisions taken.

To support other relevant student affairs and transactions.

Department Secretariat

To handle correspondences regarding the Public Law Department and Private Law Department,

To process all personnel data into KBS and to make salaries and attach them to the accrual document,

To perform movable record control procedures,

Unit Library

To ensure that the cataloging, classification and fixed asset transactions of the books purchased by the Library and Documentation Department are carried out in coordination with the assistant dean and recorded in the procedure software,

To ensure that alarms are attached to all books in the library, barcodes and spine labels are applied,

To ensure that the books examined by the Faculty Library Commission are checked and arranged on the shelves,

To ensure that the newly arrived books are examined by the Faculty Library Commission and submitted to the Rector's Office with a letter through the Dean's Office,

To ensure that the borrowing and returning transactions of the books purchased by the Academic Administrative Staff and students are recorded in the procedure software,

To ensure that the air conditioning, windows etc. in the library building are closed during working hours. ensuring that the taps and electricity that remain open are checked, turned off at the end of the working day, and that those that are not used are turned off,

Ensuring that those who use the lockers in the faculty library are recorded,

Support Unit (Classrooms)

Removal of all sinks and waste bins in the classroom building every day, monitoring of daily cleaning every workday,

Daily cleaning of all stairs and elevators in the classroom building,

Reporting and monitoring of malfunctions and deficiencies in the structure and equipment of the classroom building to the administration (faculty secretary),

Repeating the cleaning of the duty area at the end of the workday, checking the waste bins once more,
-
Checking the energy buttons that are likely to remain open at the end of the day in the classroom building,
-
Cleaning of the area between the classroom building-administrative building-library and its surroundings,
-
Cleaning of the prayer rooms on Fridays,
-
Opening the information screens in the classrooms every morning and checking and closing them at the end of the workday in the evening,
-
Checking the bulletin boards in the duty area, not hanging unapproved advertisements, placing the advertisements approved by the faculty secretary on the bulletin board and removing the expired ones from the bulletin board,

The responsibility for fulfilling the defined duties, maintaining cleaning materials and fixed assets belongs to the support staff, and it is necessary to regularly inform the administration to provide missing materials.

Cleaning of the rooms of the teaching staff, monitoring of cleaning with the "cleaning continuation chart" upon the request of the office user on the relevant days determined for each floor,

Checking and monitoring the cleaning of the faculty protocol door entrances every business day,

Watering the flowers in the faculty administrative building 3 times a week in the summer months and 2 times a week in the winter months,
The responsibility for fulfilling the defined duties, protecting the cleaning materials and fixed assets belongs to the support staff, and the administration must be informed regularly for the provision of missing materials.
Support Unit (Library)

Removal of all sinks and waste bins in the library building every day, monitoring of daily cleaning including desks every workday,

Performing daily cleaning of all stairs and elevators in the library building,

Reporting and monitoring of malfunctions and deficiencies in the structure and equipment of the library building to the administration (faculty secretary),

Performing the cleaning follow-up in the area of duty once more at the end of the working day, checking the waste bins once more,

Checking the energy buttons that are likely to remain open at the end of the day in the library building,

Monitoring the environmental cleaning of the road between the library-administrative building-classroom, and the area remaining in the administrative building-library section,

Monitoring the cleaning of the library once a week during the holidays of the academic calendar,

Delivering lost/unowned items in the library to the staff responsible for the library, preparing a report if necessary,
The responsibility for fulfilling the defined duties, protecting the cleaning materials and fixed assets belongs to the support staff, and the provision of missing materials It is necessary to inform the administration regularly.
Support Unit (Kitchen)

Following up the daily cleaning of the faculty dean's office and the dean's secretary every business day,

Resting the glasses, coasters and teaspoons used in the kitchen (except for glasses without emblems) in measured bleach once a week,

Maintenance of teapots once a week,

Following up the cleaning of the railings and staircase windows in the administrative building once a month, and once every two weeks if necessary,

Pick up all sinks and waste bins in the administrative building every day in cooperation with the administrative building support staff,

Following up the daily cleaning of all staircases and elevators in the administrative building in cooperation with the administrative building support staff,

Following up the cleaning of the faculty administrative/management units' rooms in cooperation with the administrative building support staff,

Reporting and following up any malfunctions and deficiencies in the structure and equipment of the administrative building to the administration (faculty secretary),

Providing tea/beverages to the administrative staff 4 times a day (2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon) when requested by the academic staff service,

Following up the cleaning of the duty/kitchen area at the end of the working day, checking waste bins,

Checking the energy switches that are likely to remain on at the end of the day in the duty/kitchen area,
The responsibility for fulfilling the defined tasks, protecting the cleaning materials and fixed assets belongs to the support staff, and the administration must be informed regularly to ensure that missing materials are provided.
