Admission Requirements:

• Graduation from law school,

• To meet the general admission requirements specified in the Graduate Education and Examination Regulations of Gaziantep University Institute of Social Sciences.

 

Mission:

To train lawyers and science experts who can conduct doctrine-based researches on issues related to public law and other sub-disciplines of law, use the knowledge accumulated as a result of the research in the right way, write their researches following the principles of academic writing, can express the prepared written texts orally by discussing them in oral presentations, think in a versatile and analytical way, follow the problems of the country and the world closely and evaluate them based on legal, philosophical, sociological, etc. issues.

 

Vision:

The Public Law Master's Program with Thesis is a preferred program that educates graduates who have acquired knowledge about the theory and practice of Turkish public law, have gained scientific research competence, can follow national and international academic research and practices in this field, and have a multidisciplinary approach and perspective.

 

II- AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:

• To Ensure Integration with European Union Education Processes.

• To closely follow the developments in the field of law in the world, especially in the European Union.

• Considering Scientific Activities and Other Academic Activities Important.

• To meet the demand for postgraduate academic education in the field of law.

• To respond to the needs of academic staff for academic advancement.

IV. GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS:

Graduation requirements are determined following the principles stipulated by Gaziantep University Institute of Social Sciences Graduate Regulations and determined by Gaziantep University Senate. It is required to have completed at least seven courses and seminars, specialization areas and thesis study with a total of not less than 21 credits (120 ECTS credits).
