Admission Requirements:
1- To meet the general admission requirements specified in the Graduate Education and Examination Regulations of Gaziantep University Institute of Social Sciences.
2- To have one of the conditions listed in the following subparagraphs;

Graduating from the undergraduate program of the Faculty of Law and having a master's degree with thesis in the field of public law or,
-
Graduating from the undergraduate program of Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Political Science, International Relations departments and having a master's degree with thesis in the Public Law Department of Law Faculties and practicing a profession that requires predominantly legal knowledge.
Mission:
To train researcher jurists who closely follow the academic developments in the field of law, especially Public Law, who have gained the competence to conduct original scientific research in academic life, to conduct comparative analyses and scientific studies related to various legal systems, to contribute to the Turkish legal system and the universal legal science field by developing academic thinking and perspective and approaching events within this framework.
Vision:
To succeed in becoming a program that has created awareness among the Public Law Doctorate Programs in Turkey with its level of preferability and the original academic research of its graduates.

IV- GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS:
Doctorate program; For students accepted with a master's degree with thesis, it consists of a total of twenty-one (21) credits and at least 240 ECTS credits, including at least seven courses, seminar, doctoral proficiency exam, thesis proposal, doctoral specialization course and thesis study, provided that an education period is not less than 60 ECTS.
